HOW IT WORKS

Go Group contacts the client and talks them through the process, including details of documentation and insurance.

During the pre-move survey, a full, detailed move plan is arranged.

A Go Group crew will pack and load into appropriate sized trucks or containers.

Maid service will unpack your china and glass, clean it and then place it in your cupboards, make your beds, iron any clothing (if necessary) before putting it away in your cupboards, general clean of your home and generally give you the luxury finish to your move.

Photos are taken of the origin property and a copy of the floor plan is requested of the new home - so that initial plans can be drawn up of placement.

Transport & Customs clearance at destination (if relevant).

A Group representative will arrange a pre-move survey with the client to discuss specific requirements.

7-14 days before the move, your dedicated person returns to the home with the foreman so that the client can meet the foreman and final plans can be confirmed.
